Franczek Radelet P.C. focuses on advising and representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law, including single plaintiff and class action employment litigation, union-related matters, collective bargaining, general employment counseling, employee benefits, restrictive covenant issues, personnel policies and handbooks, and workplace safety.
